Ryunosuke Akutagawa,Dazai Osamu,Junichirou Tanizaki,Masuji Ibuse,Chuya Nakahara,Kanoko Okamoto,Misuzu Kaneko the master writers who actually existed in Japan. These writers drained themselves out to bear their alter ego, new pieces. Many even chose to sacrifice their own lives for it. Such great writers who lived everyday of their lives side by side with death will come together in an unusual plot. The story unfolds in a courtyard of a pawnshop where these master writers are confined as pawn and desperately create their new pieces. The focus is on the strength, weakness, and humor of human beings who live conscious of "DEATH" and express their anguish in a MUGENSHA way.
